Amy Freeman-Hughes is a Specialist Community Dietitian (adults and paediatrics) and Dietetic Team Lead based in Leicester, specialising in enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition, and diabetes. She holds degrees in Chemistry, Human Nutrition, and Nutrition and Dietetics from leading UK universities. Amy works at Nottingham Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and co-founded EN lighten. Her clinical expertise spans critical care, oncology, and motivational interviewing. She provides specialist nutrition support across both adult and paediatric populations.
